Track and View Quiz Results via E-mail
The E-mail reporting function of QuizCreator allows quiz designers to send quiz reports to specified contacts and quiz takers via E-mail. When a quiz is taken by quiz takers, the quiz results will be sent to both specified contact (generally, publisher) and quiz takers instantly via E-mail. The following is the result file that will be sent to E-mail inbox.
Send quiz results to specified contacts
When you create a quiz, you can assign the email addresses of teachers or other contacts to receive the quiz results reports. Please follow the instructions: QuizCreator -> Publish -> Quiz Publishing
You should type in the E-mail address in the E-mail field of “Send quiz results to the specified E-mail address". More than one E-mail address can be typed in and separated by a comma such as "email1@gmail.com, email1@gmail.com". When the quiz taker finishes the quiz and submits his/her final answers by clicking the submit button, the results report is generated and sent to the E-mail address/addresses you have specified.
Send quiz results to quiz takers automatically
If you check "send results to quiz taker's E-mail address" the quiz results report will be sent to the quiz taker’s E-mail address automatically. In this way, quiz takers can view their responses and correct answers by means of a report in his/her E-mail inbox.
