OK duh. Submission information is not a service of google docs. I need to make a field in the quiz for the student to enter their information.

I have set up a quiz form (work of art) and I have practiced sharing this quiz by emailing myself the form. I also embedded it in the class website (temporarily) and I then took the quiz from the blog site and from the form sent to my email.

I can view the results, see graphs, etc., but I do not have the information as to WHO took the test. Where do I find this?
