1. What's the difference between the trial version and registered version?
Actually there is no operational difference between trial version and full version. However, there is a 30-day validity period of the trial version. And the total number of quizzes created by administrator and publisher is up to 5; the number of publisher that administrator can create is limited up to 2. Additionally, the trial version can't be activated once expired.
As registered version users, you will be entitled to get the free upgrade within a certain version and receive the technical support from us.
2. I'm having problems downloading files from this site. What can I do?
Please check your Internet connection to make sure your connection is working properly when you run into such a problem. If you are sure your Internet connection is fine, it could be a problem with our server. Sometimes this occurs when the Internet is at its busiest, but the situation will only be temporary. Please try downloading again after a couple of hours.
If you are still experiencing problems downloading, report a downloading problem to our Customer Service Center. We'll fix the problem as soon as possible.
3. What should I do If I want to upgrade the program to the latest version?
There're two approaches for you to have your program upgraded.
I. Visit our site to check out the latest info of the program. We always provide our users with the up-to-date download URL. And indicate the new release on our homepage or what`s new page of QuizCreator. Please download the new version, and install it on your computer. Note: Please make sure that you have the former version uninstalled already.
II. Since it is available for you to upgrade the version online, you can directly click on the button on the interface of the program, and start the upgrading. It may automatically connect with the recently released version. We now suggest that you choose the first option to upgrade as you may get more info from our website.
4. Can I get technical help from your Customer Service Center as a trial version user?
Technical support is only provided to registered users. But you are still welcome to visit the Customer Service Center to submit your troubles in payment, download, or something else.
