For better standardizing user authority, QMS classifies users into three different accounts and set up different methods for creation.

Set up Corporate Administrator
Administrator has the largest authority on all quizzes, users and quizzes results. A company only has one unique administrator. You can set administrator by the following steps:
1. Order QuizCreator Full Version;
2. Register the QuizCreator program with License Name and Register Key from the registration letter;
3. Open your registered QuizCreator, click Publish in navigation tool bar to open publish window, and choose QMS and click Next, and then click Create a new account in the following window. Next, corporate administrator account-created page opens.
Set up Publisher
Publisher has full control on his own quizzes in QMS. Publisher can be created only by corporate administrator. There is no limitation number of publisher for a company.
1. Login QMS with administrator account.
2. Click Users on the top tool bar then click Register on the page of Users.
3. In the Register window, check Publisher and enter Email address of the publisher and customize password then click Register.
4. A new publisher account is created out and displayed on user list of user page.
Set up Participant
Participant can view all quiz he taken and relative reports. There are three methods for creating a participant account.
1. Administrator creates a participant account following the familiar way as publisher account.
2. When administrator set participants registration permission to be Allow participants to create accounts, participant can create his own account by a link on quiz to account creation page. Fill out account information on creation page, then a participant account is created.
3. Participant opens the home page of his corporate QMS, and then click Create a participant account. Fill out account information on creation page to create a new participant account.
