How to create user accounts and send invitation & results E-mail

After you create a fantastic quiz and finish the quiz settings, what's the next step? The answer is to create accounts for publishers and participants and send invitation e-mail for them to take quizzes.

Step 1: Set up Publisher Account

Publisher account is used to create quizzes with QuizCreator, and can view and manage quizzes. You can create this account with the method below:

1. Login QuizCreator Online with administrator account

2. Click "Users" on the navigation  bar in QuizCreator Online, and then click "Add users" button.

3. Select "Publisher" role in the register window, type in Account E-mail and Password information to finish the registration process.

Step 2 :Set up Participant Account

Participant account can view the quiz scores and results only. You can create this account through the method below:

1. Login QuizCreator Online with administrator account

2. Click "Users" on the navigation  bar in QuizCreator Online, and then click "Add users" button.

3. Select "Participant" role in the register window, type in participant Account E-mail and Password information to the E-mail address table, you can create many user accounts at one time via importing a Excel( CSV) file which enables you to type in a list of E-mail addresses. All that remains for you to do is to fill out and upload the excel file.

4. Click "Register" to finish the account creating process.

 

Step 3: Send invitation E-mail

Now, all the things are set, you need to move on to the send invite E-mail module of quiz management as below:

Step 4: Send results E-mail

In order to let the participants know their exams clearly, participants not only can get their scores by the flash quizzes which are created by QuizCreator, but also can get results by the E-mail which are sent by QuizCreator Online.
